As a Senior Full Stack Developer at AVAYL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our groundbreaking platform from its early stages. Your experience, leadership, and technical expertise will drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You will collaborate and build cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and ML Engineers, to create a world-class application. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership Bring your extensive experience and expertise to build and lead the development team, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices
• Innovative Problem-Solving Drive the innovation of the platform by providing creative ideas, technical solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Full Stack Mastery Utilize your deep knowledge of building applications end-to-end to architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance systems
• Data Integration & Management Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to design efficient database structures, handle data integration, and optimize data flow using MongoDB
• Machine Learning Integration Work alongside ML Engineers to seamlessly integrate LLMs into the platform, leveraging data-driven insights

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with an outstanding track record in PHP Laravel and Python development
• Deep proficiency in frontend technologies (Tailwind, Vue.js)
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles for efficient data management
• Experience with MLOps and LLMs is a significant advantage
• Previous experience in early-stage start-ups or pharma industry experience is a big plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to mentor and guide a passionate development team.
